Our Design & Building Process

Thoughtful attention to detail has been Moore Designs’ hallmark since 1984. Today we design and build up to 20 custom luxury homes and upscale remodeling projects annually, tailoring each to our client’s lifestyle, vision, building site and financial requirements. Moore Designs builds approximately 75% of its projects through homes we design in-house while 25% of the projects we construct are through designs developed by outside architectural firms.

Our clients appreciate sound guidance not only with regard to architectural design but also related to materials, value and investment. This sort of advice provides guidance in making educated decisions. As a full-service company which also performs custom home construction, we are well-versed in materials, products, methods and practices - which is of immense benefit to our clients.

Our award-winning design staff is fluent in architectural styles and fine design, and will maintain a dedicated focus on your needs and your project. Each client’s home design typically goes through four-phases of creation beginning with sketches, progressing through concepts and eventually construction drawings which culminate into a complete set of finely detailed, construction quality prints.

And, while attention to detail is necessary to the design process, it is also critical to the construction process at Moore Designs. All subcontractors are the very best in their trade – artisans and craftsmen possessing long standing relationships with us. Moore Designs uses only the highest quality, time-tested products and materials when constructing our homes. Construction of all homes is supervised by David Moore. Through his experience, attention to detail and careful customer care, our client's dreams are transformed into a physical reality they can be proud of.
